Collection: Domaine René Cacheux et Fils

Many of the vineyards here too arise from the marriage of René Cacheux to Jacqueline Blée. This small domaine is now run by Gérald Cacheux. The grapes are entirely destemmed, cooled to 4ºC, then allowed to warm up and begin fermenting on their own. The village Vosne-Romanée receives 30 percent new oak, with 50 for the premier crus – though new barrels are typically removed when the wines are racked in July, Bottling takes place the following spring.
