Collection: Kreuzberg

The HJ Kreuzberg winery was founded in 1953 by Hermann-Josef Kreuzberg Senior - the then authorized representative of the Dernau winegrowers' association. The second generation, “Jupp” – together with his wife Maria, sister Angela and brother-in-law Johannes – ran the winery for more than 40 years. During this time, they expanded it to 3.5 hectares of vineyards. In 1994, Jupp handed the winery over to his then 29-year-old son Ludwig. Ludwig brought new ideas to the winery and focused on top-quality Pinot Noir. The foundation for a constant increase in quality was laid. Today, from Dernau to Bad Neuenahr, they cultivate a total of approximately 10.5 hectares of vineyards.
