For several years now, we have been harvesting the La Jalousie vintage earlier, at the stage where the pale yellow and crisp grapes give us wines with aromas of fresh fruit. In the winery, we intervene very little, respecting the terroir grapes. This wine remains in the vat on fine lees, protected from oxygen. It thus retains its fruit and freshness. It is a "conversation" wine that can be served as an aperitif or with fish or white meats.
