2023 Lungarotti Trespo Umbria Bianco IGT

A dry white, it has the elegant lightness required even of a structured white wine. Lovely straw yellow in colour, delicate and fruity, it releases notes of fresh fruit with hints of white peach, recalling hazelnuts and almond on the finish; the aftertaste is fragrant and fresh with a slightly bitter finish.

Made from free-run juice, after a brief cryomaceration, it is vinified at low temperature in stainless steel vats and kept on the fine lees until bottling

recommended for pasta dishes and pasta in broth, fish and seafood pasta, soufflés, omelettes, crostini with liver or olive paté, unaged cheeses, meat and vegetable flans
